The activities are designed for one or two people to train on their own, for example a parent and child, coach and player, brother and sister, two teammates or friends. All you need is some limited field space and basic soccer equipment, a ball and a few marker discs.
Each activity is cleverly designed not to over challenge novice players, yet contain unique progressions and variations to challenge the most advanced players. The enjoyable, creative and effective Soccer Habits activities have built-in, fun challenges to provide motivation for the players. Coaches can assign the activities as soccer home-work, or add them in to their training sessions for variation.
